In a bowl, whisk yogurt and mix with water to make a smooth, flowing consistency. Add this mixture to the pot with sautéed onions. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes. (5 minutes)
Step 5: Simmering the Kadhi
Once the yogurt mixture begins to simmer, add the fried pakoras into the kadhi. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the pakoras absorb some of the gravy and become soft. (15 minutes)
