White and Black Pepper are the product of same plant i.e. pepper plant. White Peppers are milder than Black Pepper, it is (White Pepper) is fully ripen pepper berries, which are soaked in water for couple of days and after fermentation, their skins are removed. This process, removes hot piperine, volatile oil which gives aroma to black pepper.
White Pepper and Black pepper are different in flavour, taste, White Pepper are mainly used in white sauces, pasta salads, and etc. Consuming White pepper can improve digestion. White Pepper are rich in Vitamin K, dietary fibre and Iron.
People generally uses white pepper once dish is prepared and just the heating/ overheating releases the bitter flavour of White Pepper.
