Nutmeg yet another popular spice made from seeds of Myristica fragrans Nutmeg is actually inner part of seed (the kernel), and the outer part of seed is known as Mace spice. available as whole seed, but majorly sold as nutmeg powder. in ancient time Nutmeg value was same as gold value
