Clove blackish-brown in colour and aromatic dried flower buds of clove tree. Used in many dishes like soups, rice, sauces and etc. people have been using clove in cooking as well as for medicine too. At times it also used as food preservative. It is also been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.
