  - 500 grams button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  - 2 tablespoons oil

  - 2-3 green chilies, slit
  - 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
  - 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  - 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  - 1 teaspoon garam masala
  - 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  - 1/2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak) or regular salt to taste
  - 1/2 cup bell peppers (capsicum), chopped (optional)
  - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

- **For Garnish:**
  - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  - 1 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) (optional)
