How to Make Dudhi Ki Sabji/ दुधी की सब्ज़ी – Easy Step-by-Step Instructions.

Preparation: Begin by washing and peeling the bottle gourd. Chop it into small cubes. Time taken: 5 minutes

Heating Oil: In a kadhai or wok, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Time taken: 2 minutes

Sautéing Aromatics: Add finely chopped onions to the hot oil. Sauté them until they turn golden brown. Add ginger and garlic, and sauté for another 1 minute until the aroma fills the air. Time taken: 4-5 minutes
