Matar Upma बनाने की विधि

1. सामग्री तैयार करें: रवा को ठंडे पानी में अच्छी तरह धो लें जब तक पानी साफ न हो जाए। (समय: 3 मिनट)

2. रवा भूनें: एक पैन में रवा को कम आंच पर सुखाकर हल्का सुनहरा होने तक भूनें। जलने से बचाने के लिए लगातार चलाते रहें। (समय: 5 मिनट)

3. मसाले भूनें: एक अलग पैन में थोड़ा तेल गरम करें। इसमें सरसों के बीज डालें और उन्हें चटकने दें। फिर chopped प्याज, हरी मिर्च और अदरक डालें। प्याज के पारदर्शी होने तक भूनें। (समय: 4 मिनट)
