How to Make Palak Paneer Paratha/ पालक पनीर परांठा – Easy Step-by-Step Instructions.

Prepare the Dough:
Start by preparing the dough for the paranthas. In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead the dough until it’s soft and smooth. Cover it with a damp cloth and set it aside for 15-20 minutes. Time: 15-20 minutes

Prepare the Palak Paneer Filling:
While the dough is resting, wash and blanch the spinach. After blanching, blend the spinach into a smooth puree. In a separate bowl, crumble the paneer and mix it with the spinach puree. Add chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and your preferred spices like cumin, garam masala, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined. Time: 10-15 minutes

Stuff the Paranthas:
Take small portions of the dough and roll them into smooth balls. Flatten each ball into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the palak-paneer filling in the center, then fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it. Gently roll it out again to form a flat parantha. Be careful not to let the filling spill out. Time: 10-12 minutes

Cook the Paranthas:
Heat a tava or griddle over medium heat. Place the stuffed parantha on the hot tava and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown spots form. Flip it and cook the other side, pressing gently to ensure it cooks evenly. Brush with ghee or oil for a crispy finish. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling. Time: 20-25 minutes

Serve and Enjoy:
Once all the paranthas are cooked, serve them hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney. Enjoy this delicious, nutritious meal with your family! Time: 5 minutes (for serving)

Total Time: Approximately 45-50 minutes
