### Instructions
#### Preparing Chole:
1. **Soak Chickpeas**: Drain the soaked chickpeas and rinse them under cold water.
2. **Cook Chickpeas**: In a pressure cooker, add chickpeas with enough water and cook for about 4-5 whistles until soft. Drain and set aside.
3. **Make the Masala**: In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. **Add Spices**: Stir in ginger-garlic paste, followed by tomato puree. Cook until the oil separates.
5. **Combine**: Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. Add cooked chickpeas and some water to achieve desired consistency. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. **Finish**: Stir in garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
#### Preparing Bhature:
1. **Make Dough**: In a mixing bowl, combine refined flour, semolina, baking powder, and oil. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Roll Out**: Divide the dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten it into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
3. **Heat Oil**: In a deep pan or kadhai, heat enough oil for frying.
4. **Fry Bhature**: Once the oil is hot, carefully slide in a bhature. Fry until it puffs up and turns golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
5. **Serve**: Enjoy hot bhature with the chole, along with yogurt and pickles if desired.
