When buying mint leaves, choose those with a bright green color and no signs of wilting or browning. Gently squeeze the leaves; they should feel firm and release a lovely, fresh aroma. Avoid any with yellow spots or sliminess. Fresh, clean leaves will bring vibrant flavor to your dishes!
